Política de Cookies
A Zenwood Solutions, S.L. utiliza cookies e tecnologias semelhantes próprias e de terceiros. As tecnologias necessárias prestam as funções solicitadas, protegem o website e recordam a escolha de privacidade. O perfil de mercado ativo determina se as categorias Preferências, Analítica e Marketing são obrigatórias, exigem consentimento ou permanecem desativadas.
1. Como escolher
Para as categorias que exigem consentimento, pode Aceitar todos, Recusar todos ou configurar cada categoria. A interface também identifica as categorias obrigatórias e desativadas. O controlo permanente «Definições de cookies» permite alterar ou retirar as opções disponíveis. A retirada bloqueia novos carregamentos e elimina o armazenamento conhecido que o navegador permite remover.
2. Categorias
- Necessários: segurança, consentimento, idioma escolhido, carrinho/checkout solicitado, formulários e pagamento selecionado.
- Preferências: conteúdo ou interface facultativo.
- Analítica: medição da audiência e da utilização.
- Marketing: publicidade, atribuição, campanhas, píxeis, perfis e conteúdo externo com finalidades adicionais.
O Global Privacy Control mantém o Marketing desativado. Se o Do Not Track for ativado, a Analítica e o Marketing permanecem desativados.
3. Inventário técnico
A tabela é gerada a partir do registo técnico da Zenwood. «Inativo» significa que o plugin não carrega o serviço e que este é mantido apenas para migração ou rollback. Os serviços de um percurso específico, como o pagamento ou o vídeo, aparecem apenas quando o utilizador solicita essa função.

4. Terceiros, transferências e navegador
Os terceiros podem utilizar subcontratantes. O tratamento fora do EEE exige uma decisão de adequação aplicável ou garantias previstas no art. 46.º do RGPD. Também pode bloquear ou eliminar cookies através do navegador, embora possa perder o carrinho, o idioma ou a escolha de privacidade. 5. Contacto e alterações
Escreva para hola@zenwood.es. Uma alteração substancial do fornecedor, da finalidade ou do armazenamento exige a atualização da política e que seja solicitada uma nova decisão quando aplicável.
