The purchase of products is formalized only through the individual contract that we send to each customer. That contract prevails over this text.
Sample Order
You can request up to 4 samples to evaluate wood/finish. The samples are not a commercial product nor do they have any other purpose than to help you decide.
Al pedirlas, confirmas que tienes capacidad para contratar; si eres menor de 18 años, necesitas el consentimiento de tus representantes legales.
After creating your sample order, you will fill in the delivery information and receive a confirmation email. We will process your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Entrega De Muestras
We take care of shipping through logistics providers. Indicates a correct and accessible address. If you detect an error in the data, please let us know immediately.
Propiedad Intelectual
“zenwood”, the domain, samples, texts, photos, designs and other content of the site are the property of zenwood or third-party licensors. You may not copy, modify or use them without written permission.
Modificaciones
We may update these conditions. This is the current version. Each sample order is governed by the version in effect when the order is confirmed.

Intentaremos resolver cualquier desacuerdo de forma amistosa. Si no es posible:
